Boss Engineering & Surveying, LLC is a former part of Bulloch Brothers Engineering. In August of 2007, Ed Shaw, Todd Osborn, and Scott Bartlett purchased the Pleasant Grove, Utah and Bullhead City, Arizona offices to form Boss Engineering & Surveying. We currently perform engineering and surveying services in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho. Our employees and owners have a wide range of experience and education that allow us to take on projects of varying scope.
